Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services at Parkland Nails & Spa, including booking, in-salon services, and SMS / text communications. By booking an appointment or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation: Please cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours may be treated as a late cancellation.
• Late arrival: We offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your service so the next guest is not delayed.
• No-show policy: Customers who miss an appointment without notice will be added to our no-show list. Future bookings will require a $25 non-refundable deposit per appointment to secure the time. The deposit is applied toward the cost of the service.

2. Pricing

Service prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on length, complexity, and additional add-ons (such as nail art, gel, or extensions). Your technician will confirm the final price before beginning service.

3. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within 3 days and we will gladly make it right at no additional charge. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and require the original receipt.

4. Health & Safety

• All tools are sanitized between clients in accordance with Florida Board of Cosmetology standards.
• Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before service.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule out of consideration for our staff and other guests.

5. Children

We welcome young clients! For safety, children under 12 must remain seated with a parent or guardian during the entire visit. We are unable to supervise children while you are receiving service.

6. SMS / Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Parkland Nails & Spa, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional offers. Up to 8 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.

7. Promotions & Discounts

• Happy Hour discounts (Tuesday & Wednesday 10% off all services; Thursday 5% off services over $65) apply to walk-in and online bookings.
• Birthday discount (10% off) is valid from 1 week before to 2 days after your birthday with a valid photo ID.
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkland Nails & Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
